- We are first PAY first served basis. Priority is given to those who can make faster payment to avoid last minute back outs, non serious buyers, long hiatus and etc.

- We don't do reservation. 

- All item is brand new unless stated. 

- Price are non negotiable.

- Strictly no back outs. We only entertain serious buyers. We will not hesitate to BLACKLIST the deadbeat/back out buyers.

- We are doing our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, the actual color might vary due to the light setting, variation of computer's screen color resolution.
